it takes 24-48 hours to process the order after we have received the confirmation for the same.
it takes approximately 5-7 working days to deliver the order after the order has been processed.

cancellation policy:-

order can be cancelled at any time before dispatch by sending us an email at ashokrawal9955@gmail.com. however, if the order is already shipped, we can not cancel the order. in that case, the customer will have to refuse to accept the delivery of the shipment, and then our courier partner will cancel the order.

return policy:-

we, at akclothing are dedicated to offering you the best quality products. however, there is a remote possibility that while processing orders, minor errors might occur. we take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in good condition. we request you to make an unpackaging/unboxing video for the orders received and share with us in case of any complaint/query.in case you receive a damaged item or if you received an incorrect item (different from what was ordered)please contact us by email or chat or phone within 48 hours of your receipt of the product. to initiate a return,send us an email at ashokrawal9955@gmail.com or call us at 9313261975 and quote your order id and return reason.    you can courier the parcle to us as per the return details shared with you.if you want us to pick up the parcle, a token reverse shipping fee of 100/- is charged and is settle from the refund amount.it generally takes 3-4 working days for our courier partners to initiate the reverse pick up.

refund policy:-

 once we receive your returned parcle and on satisfactory inspection of the same,we will cantact you to initiate the refund process.in a pre-paid order,we only refund the same account/card via neft used to make the payment within 7-10 working days.the customer will need to email us bank details from the same email id used while placing the cod order.sharing bank details is a must to receive a cod refund.
